Whether it's planning a dinner party for ten guests or managing an event for 300 attendees, BBN provides top notch service from start to finish. We're in this race with you or better yet for you, however you want it. Below is a summary of options that we can also customize for any client specifically to their needs.

Wedding Packages

We apply the standard of excellence to our wedding coordination. Our goal is for you to enjoy your day in a stress free zone. We take over and work behind the scenes so that you can focus on friends and family. Our packages consist of 2 services; Day-of coordination, where we pick up where you left and execute your vision making sure it runs smoothly. And the full wedding service where we'll assist you from start to finish. You will gain a reliable partner for your wedding planning journey.

DAY-of-coordination $950

1 in-person meeting 6 weeks prior for full run down of details.
2 in-person meeting 3 weeks prior used at your discretion.
Extensive online and physical design research.
Unlimited calls and emails beginning day of agreement.
Wedding itinerary management.
Assist Wedding Rehearsal (up to 2 hours)
Confirming details with all necessary vendors.
Completely manage the day from setup to breakdown.(maximum of 10 hours)
Gather personal belongings and deliver to your liaison
Wedding emergency kit.

Full wedding service $1500

Includes lead coordinator and 1 assistant.
Unlimited email and phone correspondence.
Attend vendor meetings and confirm details such as time of arrival as well as payments.
Provide décor/design and floral recommendations.
Organize visitation of and advice on site selections (up to 3 )
Planner attendance and assistance at wedding rehearsal.
Complete walk through of ceremony and reception area at beginning and end of day.
Creating and distributing extensive timeline to vendors and wedding party.
Supervision of ceremony and reception such as greeting, directing guest and wedding party placement. As well as party introduction, toasts and cutting of cake etc.
Complete coordinator service on wedding day for maximum of 12 hours.
Gathering of personal items.
Custom wedding emergency kit.

Social Celebrations

We understand the difficulties and the extreme time consumption of planning an event. Celebrations are suppose to be fun and exciting so dump the stress and let BBN take care of you. We offer event planning services for various social functions including but not limited to: graduation, launch party, fundraisers, private gatherings, bridal and baby shower, engagement parties, sweet sixteen, birthday and anniversary parties. Our clients are given high quality service and personalization. With our extensive list of vendors, we ensure that your event will be unforgettable.
